This weekend marks the most important celebration in the Christian year, as we remember and thank God for the unthinkable sacrifice of his only Son for the atonement of our sins. On Sunday, we rejoice that Jesus conquered the grave and is alive today - the King of Kings and Lord of Lords.

For most Christians, the story of Jesus’ final day on Earth, the immense suffering on the Cross, and miraculous Resurrection are familiar. It is, after all, the cornerstone of our faith. But this time of year invites us to pause our busy lives and reflect on what Jesus did for us and how deep His love for us truly is.

I invite you to join me as we walk verse-by-verse through Matthew 27 and 28 to remember what Jesus accomplished on Calvary.

He is Risen! He is Risen, indeed!

Join me as we take a close look at Matthew's account of Jesus' suffering, death, and burial. If you've ever doubted Jesus loves you, this episode is for you.

He is risen! Today we are studying the last chapter of Matthew and learning the part we have to play in the ongoing story of God's love for us.
